About Heirloom Edit.Co

Heirloom Edit.Co is a curated circular fashion platform. We extend the life cycle of fashion by reselling pre‑loved and once‑worn clothing and accessories. We carefully curate all items, which may include vintage, pre‑owned, or previously worn pieces unless we state otherwise.

Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the Services under a parent or guardian’s supervision.

• You provide accurate and complete information.

• You can legally enter into binding agreements.

Additionally, Heirloom Edit.Co may refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts when necessary.

Product Condition & Authenticity

Many items we sell are pre‑owned and may show minor signs of wear. We describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or fit may occur. Minor imperfections may not always appear in photographs.

We sell vintage or pre‑loved items in their existing condition unless we state otherwise. Moreover, we disclose any major flaws or defects in product descriptions. We may decline any item submitted for resale if it does not meet our curation or quality standards.

Orders & Payments

We review and accept all orders based on availability. In addition, we may:

• Refuse or cancel any order.

• Limit quantities purchased.

• Correct pricing or listing errors at any time.

We list prices in PKR unless we mention otherwise. Therefore, customers must complete payment through approved methods before we process and dispatch orders.

Shipping & Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the communicated timeframe. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Furthermore, customers take ownership and risk of purchased items once we deliver them successfully. Customers must provide accurate shipping information. If details are incorrect, Heirloom Edit.Co will not cover delays or failed deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our inventory is unique and pre‑loved, we generally treat all sales as final. We only accept returns or exchanges if:

• We delivered the wrong item.

• The item differs significantly from its description.

• The item arrived damaged in transit.

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs and order details. In addition, items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Consignment & Seller Submissions

Individuals submitting items for resale (“Sellers”) confirm that:

• They legally own the items.

• The items are authentic and not counterfeit.

• They have the right to resell the items.

We may reject any item at our sole discretion. We will communicate payout structures, commissions, timelines, and resale arrangements separately. Unsold items may be returned, donated, discounted, or handled according to the agreed consignment arrangement.

Intellectual Property

All website content — logos, branding, photos, graphics, text, and designs — belongs to Heirloom Edit.Co.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Use Heirloom Edit.Co content without authorization.

• Resell counterfeit or stolen goods through our platform.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
